On April 11, UETM hosted a round table of the Innovation Day of the Sverdlovsk Directorate for Energy Supply of Russian Railways on the topic «Import substitution issues in electrical equipment».
The participants of the meeting were welcomed by the General Director of LLC «Elmash (UETM)» Yuri Vladimirovich Kosarev. Representatives of SVZD — Deputy Chief Engineer Sergey Nikolaevich Veselov and Chief Engineer of the Sverdlovsk Directorate for Energy Supply Maxim Vladimirovich Grigoriev thanked UETM for the opportunity to systematically visit our company, exchange views during the discussion, find common ground and ways of further interaction.
The chief designers of high-voltage equipment and transformer equipment in their reports told about new technical solutions that have been developed by our company and can be successfully applied at Russian Railways facilities. In particular, the dry converter transformer ТСЗТПЖ — 16000/10 was noted. It was put into operation in January 2023 on the Moscow Railway and can be successfully applied on the SVZD. Now UETM is the only company that sells such products.
The participants of the round table thanked each other for the informative reports, the guests of the enterprise took a tour of transformer and high-voltage production.
