UETM has manufactured a transformer of unique size for the Novorossiysk Rolling Mill.
Transformer ТДЦНМ – 160000/250000/220 У1 has the highest power and weight and size indicators ever produced by our company. Its gross weight is 146.5 tons. This transformer was manufactured to meet the needs of a specific customer; the project was implemented in the shortest possible time. The peculiarity of the transformer is that it is capable of producing power of both 160,000 kVA and 250,000 kVA. Due to the use of modern materials and a non-standard approach to calculations and design, it was possible to reduce the dimensions of the active part of the transformer, and consequently, the overall dimensions of the entire transformer assembly.
