Another year of project training of UrFU students has ended at UETM. The final event was the defense of projects with the presentation of job offers to the most distinguished students. This form of cooperation between our company and the Ural Energy Institute of UrFU has been in operation for four years. From September to May, third-year students spend one day a week at UETM and get acquainted with the production and organization of work of design departments in practice. Each study group is assigned a supervisor, under whose guidance students prepare their project for the final defense. In the 2021/22 academic year, 23 UralENIN students completed project training at UETM. 11 of them received job invitations.
