The UETM awarded the winners of the Mekhontsev Prize

 This solemn title is awarded annually to employees of enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region for high production performance. It was established in honor of the Hero of Socialist Labor Leonid Yakovlevich Mekhontsev, an innovative turner who worked at the Uralelectrotyazhmash plant from 1934 to 1980.

Four employees of UETM became the winners of the award by the end of 2021. In a solemn atmosphere, Yuri Kosarev, General Director of Elmash (UETM) LLC, congratulated colleagues on the well-deserved award. Greetings were delivered by the chairman of the Regional Council of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators Alexey Okunev and the director of the Museum of the history of the plant "UETM" Natalia Rukavichnikova.
