The direction of measuring transformers UETM has developed a new type of high-voltage products - a high-power transformer of the ZNG-UETM-110 series. The transformer is unique not only for the enterprise, but also for the Russian market as a whole.
ZNG-UETM-110 (63) is an innovative product in the configuration of voltage measuring transformers. It makes it possible to supply objects with a capacity of 63 kVA directly from the high and ultra-high voltage network – these are small villages, bridges, tunnels, gas stations, farms, and their own needs of substations. There is no need for expensive construction of distribution substations and long lines with large losses. The advantages are cost savings and the ability to quickly power consumers near power lines. In Latin America, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Australia, this method of electricity supply has been popular for a long time. For Russia, this is a non-standard solution, so it is difficult to implement.
Two manufactured ZNG-UETM-110 (63) are supplied for the switching point (PP) "Soyuz" in the Perm Region (for the first and second bus system), in fact, they will be used as power transformers – for their own needs, they are installed on the line in front of the switches to provide power to the PP even when the circuit breaker is open.
Gas-filled explosion-and fire-proof transformers of the ZNG-UETM series do not need maintenance and do not require average repair, the service life of the transformer is 40 years. The power of the manufactured transformers is 63 kVA, and the idling loss was no more than 660 VA.
