UETM was included in the list of system-forming enterprises of Russia.
The enterprises included in the list will be able to count on state support, but decisions are supposed to be made point-by-point for each company.
The list of system-forming enterprises in the sphere of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation includes organizations (taking into account their affiliation within their group (holding) structures) that meet the numerical criteria for the values of industry indicators (number (people) revenue (million rubles)) established for industries, or one of the additional grounds:
- a city-forming enterprise that has a significant impact on the development of the region;
- the head performer or the performer of the first level of cooperation under the state defense order;
- carrying out activities for the operation of critical infrastructure and (or) ensuring security on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, the Kaliningrad region and the Far Eastern Federal District;
- implementation of the development and implementation of critical technologies, development of critical software;
- ensuring information security, providing services for the development and operation of state information systems, socially significant services on the Internet;
- ensuring transport accessibility of remote territories;
- the dominant position of the organization in the market of a certain product is recognized in accordance with Article 5 of Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 216, 2006 "On Protection of Competition".
A mechanism for monitoring the status of all organizations from the list has been implemented on the basis of the State Information System of Industry (GIS). The mechanism will allow identifying emerging critical situations and responding to them in a timely manner.
