International Agreement

In the framework of the X International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2019, in the presence of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Yevgeny Kuyvashev, an agreement was signed on the creation of a joint venture Elmash (UETM) with Switchgear Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd., the leading Indian manufacturer of high-voltage disconnectors.

On the territory of more than 34 thousand square meters, the companies will create their own modern production and research enterprise with testing stations. For the Indian side, the signing of the agreement will ensure the expansion of the equipment line with regard to the production of gas-insulated circuit breakers 145-245 kV. For the Ural enterprise, this will provide access to new markets through technology transfer and production localization in India.
