SF6 Gas Column Circuit Breakers ВГТ-УЭТМ®-110

The ВГТ-УЭТМ®-110, ВГТЗ-УЭТМ®-110 circuit breakers are designed for switching electrical circuits under normal and emergency conditions, as well as operating in automatic recloser cycles in three-phase AC networks of 50 Hz with a rated voltage of 110 kV.

  • The circuit breakers are made in climatic versions of U and HL *, placement category 1 GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1. They are designed for operation in open and closed switchgear in temperate and cold climates.
  • The lower operating value of the temperature of the surrounding air switch is: for version U1 - minus 45 ° C when the switch is filled with gas, for version HL1 * - minus 55 ° C when the switch is filled with gas mixture.
  • The upper working value of the temperature of the surrounding air switch is +40 ° C
  • By request delivery in a climatic modification T1 is possible - the top working value of air temperature is +50 ° C
  • The circuit breaker is controlled by a spring drive, with an electric motor of the spring factory and various versions of the motor supply voltage.
  • For closed switchgears, there is a special version of WGTZ-110 with a reduced overall length, for embedding in a six-meter cell ZRU.
  • High factory readiness, simple and quick installation and commissioning.
  • Natural leakage rate - no more than 0.5% per year.
  • Ability to turn off load currents in case of loss of excess gas pressure in the circuit breaker. 
  • Maintaining the electrical strength of the insulation of the switch when the voltage is equal to 1.15 of the highest phase voltage in the event of loss of excess gas pressure in the circuit breaker.
  • Disconnection of capacitive currents without repeated breakdowns, low overvoltage.
  • Low noise when triggered - meets high environmental requirements. 
  • Possibility of supplying a switching resource metering device or a synchronous switch control device with a switching resource metering function (for single-pole performance).
  • Possibility to supply distribution cabinet (for single pole version).
